Payment methods & deposits
Choose a funding route with clear minimums and check how it supports a later withdrawal.
Payment methods available
Westio supports Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Trustly, bank transfer, Bitcoin and USDT. Availability and the direction of payment depend on the options displayed in your account. A deposit method may not support a payout, so check both before funding.

Minimums, timings and fees
| Method group | Minimum deposit | Deposit timing | Withdrawal timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cards & e-wallets | $10 | Usually instant | E-wallets: 0–24 hours; cards: 1–5 business days |
| Crypto | $10 | Usually instant; network confirmation may be needed | Usually within 24 hours after KYC |
| Bank transfer | See cashier | 1–2 days | 1–5 business days after KYC |
Standard withdrawals are capped at $5,000 per day, with higher ceilings through VIP tiers. Identity verification must be complete before a payout. These are expected processing windows, not promises; checks and payment networks can add time. Fees, payout minimums and method-specific limits are displayed in the cashier before confirmation.
The $10 minimum for cards, e-wallets and crypto is separate from the $20 deposit required for the welcome package. No universal withdrawal minimum or fee is stated here: use the amount shown by the cashier for your method.
Choose a payment methodMaking a deposit
- 1
Set a spending limit
Choose an amount you can afford to lose before opening the cashier.
- 2
Select your own method
Use a card, wallet or bank account that belongs to you.
- 3
Read the transaction summary
Check the USD amount, minimum, fee and any bonus selection.
- 4
Complete authentication
Follow the provider’s verification process and save the transaction reference.
Do not repeat a payment simply because the balance has not updated immediately. Check transaction history and the payment provider’s status, then contact support if needed. Bank transfers usually need 1–2 days; network confirmations can affect crypto deposits.
Withdrawing to a verified destination
KYC must be completed before a payout. Choose an available withdrawal route, check the destination and read the net amount and limits. Crypto generally has the shortest stated payout window; e-wallets can also process within 24 hours after verification.
For crypto, copying an address is only part of the check. Make sure the asset and network match the instructions shown in the cashier. Do not send funds to a different network because the address looks similar.
If a method is unavailable, contact support to discuss an eligible alternative in your own name. Never use another person’s payment details. See the withdrawal guide for pending requests and delayed payouts.
